I completed my Physiotherapy Degree the end of 2013 at The University of the Western Cape. In 2014, I did my community service in Jan Kempdorp, a small town just outside Kimberley, in the Northern Cape. I practiced as the only physiotherapist in the town where resources were very limited.

It was a year of success, new experiences, meeting new people of different cultures and it was very rewarding to be able to turn my challenges into opportunities. During my community service year, I have attended the Level 1 Dry Needling course.
I then went into the private sector and started working at Miller and Associates in February 2015 and in a very short period of time, I was able to gain experience and knowledge in many things such as chronic pain and fascia work. My goal at this practice is to gain experience in all fields of physiotherapy and grow within my career as a physiotherapist. I have since developed a love for post-operative rehabilitation of the knee. Respiratory and chest conditions are also one of my interests.
I strive to give my patients the best treatment for their benefit, by treating them holistically and using the referral system well. I am passionate about working with people and this profession gives me the perfect opportunity to do so. Getting patients functional as they were before an injury is my biggest reward.
I look forward to changing people’s lives every day!
